My Fees:

Translating - $5.00 – $8.00 per page (1800 characters), depending on the text. Simple text (letters) can be translated at a speed of up to 100 characters per minute, which is 6,000 per hour. If reference to dictionaries or the Internet, or translation of difficult passages is required, the speed falls. Any necessity to use unusual formatting or markup and mixed Russian-English texts also slow down the translation. For any text, a firm quotation can be provided before translation.

Interpreting - $10.00 an hour or $90.00 a day (8 hour working day). The daily charge rate is based on my complete availability for a single working day (rather than from - to), and the fee will apply even if I am not actively interpreting for the entire period, regardless of the actual work time: it is up to the client to choose the better arrangement.

Individual guided tours around Kiev - $15.00 an hour.

Russian & English lessons - $10.00 per lesson (1 hour).
